Neck, mid-back and lower back
Spinal Health and Postural Rehabilitation
Pain and movement problems in the neck, mid-back and lower back are assessed, posture is corrected, and long-term spinal health is supported.
Neck, mid-back and lower back complaints are very common, and they usually come not from a single “wrong movement” but from holding one position for too long, from movement habits, and from cumulative load.
About posture
There is no single “correct posture”. Staying in one position for a long time usually matters more than the position itself. The aim of the programme is therefore not to force you into one posture, but to widen your movement variety and your capacity.
Assessment
- Spinal range of motion and segmental movement quality
- Muscular balance of the trunk and shoulder girdle
- Postural analysis and everyday movement habits
- Ergonomic assessment of your working environment
The programme
Based on the findings, manual therapy, individually selected exercises and ergonomic adjustments are planned together. Where pain radiates, or where there is loss of strength or numbness, the process is carried out alongside medical assessment when needed.
